Job Responsibilities
    • Communicate with customers over phone calls to explain company services clearly.
    • Handle queries from interested clients and provide accurate guidance.
    • Achieve daily calling targets and maintain performance reports.
    • Share daily updates with the team leader and follow given instructions.
    • Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude at all times.

Educational Requirements
  • Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
Experience Requirements
  • Freshers can apply.

  • Prior experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or BPO is an advantage.

Additional Requirements
  • Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).

  • Must own a smartphone and have a stable internet connection.

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working from home.
