Our Bulk Ice Cream Distribution Network Development Project represents the next step in Pandey Ice Cream Factory’s commitment to expanding its reach and ensuring that fresh, creamy, and delicious ice creams reach every corner of Rudhauli and surrounding regions.

This project focused on establishing a structured cold-chain system connecting our factory at Tanda Road Rudhauli Adai, opposite Indian Oil Petrol Pump, Surhurpur, to multiple retail outlets and mini distributors. We introduced a modernized logistics model with temperature-controlled vehicles, ensuring every batch retains its freshness and flavor during transportation.

The team implemented branded display freezers and retail point-of-sale setups featuring our signature pink creamy color theme (#E15B75 and #F9C5D1). Our marketing experts developed visually appealing retail displays, promotional boards, and product posters to improve shelf visibility and brand recall at every partner location.

Over a month-long period, we successfully onboarded 45+ retailers and 8 local distributors. Every partner was trained in product handling, storage temperature maintenance, and seasonal demand management.

Through our smart inventory tracking system, stock updates are now handled in real-time, allowing timely restocking and zero wastage.

The outcome of this portfolio project was a 40% increase in regional ice cream availability, improved customer satisfaction, and stronger brand loyalty. The initiative also helped local shopkeepers improve their income by offering Pandey Ice Cream Factory products, creating a positive local economic impact.
