Neuroject-2500 is a vitamin injection containing Methylcobalamin 2500 mcg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 100 mg, and Niacinamide 100 mg in a 2 ml ampoule. Supplied by Bio-Inject Healthcare Pvt Ltd, it is designed for IM/IV use only and comes in a disposable pack with a sterile syringe and needle.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry, and dark place. Keep all medicines out of reach of children.

Dosage Instructions: Administer as directed by a qualified physician. Appropriate overages of vitamins are added to compensate for storage loss.

Caution:

• Not for use in newborn or premature infants.

• Discard the ampoule if any suspended particles or visible matter appear.
