To ensure the effective implementation of the AI for Bharat Mission – One Employability per Family & 100% AI Literacy, IFAI Foundation shall operate through a structured network of:
● State Chapters
● District Clusters
● Thematic Forums
● AI Parks & Innovation Centers
● Hybrid AI Clinics
● Skill Development & Employability Centers
● Project Offices & Research Units
These operational units shall function as local implementation arms of the Foundation, carrying out AI literacy, employability, healthcare digitization, governance support, and community empowerment programs.
Across India, the Foundation shall establish:
● District-level AI Clusters in every Assembly Constituency (phased manner)
● State Chapters for coordination and governance
● Local Forums for awareness, training, and outreach
● AI Parks for robotics, innovation, and startup incubation
● Hybrid AI Clinics for health and digital inclusion
● Skill & Employability Centers for youth, women, and rural communities
These units shall work in coordination with:
● State Governments
● District Administrations
● Educational Institutions
● CSR Partners
● NGOs and Community Organizations
IFAI Foundation may establish Chapters, Forums, and Partner Missions in:
All countries recognized and approved by the United Nations (UN Member States)
These international units shall focus on:
● Ethical migration awareness
● Skill, research, and training collaborations
● AI literacy and digital empowerment
● Partnerships with universities, NGOs, CSR bodies, and regulatory institutions
● Support systems for migrant communities
● AI research and global knowledge exchange
For the purpose of mission execution, the Foundation shall have the authority to:
● Appoint officers, coordinators, and experts for clusters, forums, and chapters
● Establish offices, training centers, research labs, and AI parks in India and abroad
● Collaborate directly with Indian and foreign government bodies, institutions, and organizations
● Undertake projects consistent with the charitable objectives of the Trust and applicable laws
Projects, programs, research, and capacity-building initiatives may be carried out:
● In any State or Union Territory of India
● In any UN-recognized country through lawful collaboration
● Through physical centers and digital platforms
As long as such activities remain aligned with the charitable objectives of IFAI Foundation and comply with Indian and international laws.
