For nearly two decades, my journey has been deeply rooted in education, mentoring, and talent development. Through ILS4IAS, I had the privilege of guiding thousands of aspirants and witnessing firsthand how potential often goes unnoticed due to systemic limitations.

This experience shaped a clear realization: human judgment alone cannot scale fairness. The future belongs to data-driven, intelligent, and ethical systems.

This realization laid the foundation for NAVA MIND Technologies.

As Academic Head, my vision is to build NAVA MIND into a globally respected AI organization that delivers practical solutions—not theoretical promises.
