At Linksiy , we follow a strict no refund policy once the payment is made and work has started.

🚫 No Refund After Payment 

Once you have made the payment and the project setup has begun, no refund will be issued under any condition — whether partial or full.

❓ Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

Linksiy is a registered MSME startup, and we work on a low-cost, high-effort model. As soon as a client confirms their order, we:

Book or allocate domain and hosting (cost is instantly incurred)

Set up the website backend, admin panel, and builder configuration

Perform manual setup, design, and customization (as per plan)

These steps require time, effort, and non-recoverable cost. Since all setup is done specifically for each client, it cannot be reused or transferred to another user.

This is why, like most service-based digital platforms, we do not offer refunds after work has started.
