Welcome to Linksiy. By purchasing and using any of our website packages, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a payment.
1. No Refund Policy
Once the payment is made and work has been initiated, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
2. Website Renewal
All Linksiy website packages include 1-year validity for domain and hosting. After this period, the client must renew the package to keep the website active. Renewal charges will apply based on current rates.
3. Access Restrictions
Clients will not be provided with:
Website source code
cPanel access
FTP access
Server or database access
The client will receive:
A fully built website link
A user-friendly admin panel for managing content independently
4. One-Time Website Setup
After purchasing a plan, Linksiy team will provide a one-time complete website setup, including design and content setup based on the selected package.
> After this initial setup, the client is expected to manage and update their website on their own via the admin panel.
Aajly will not provide repeated support or manual edits for future design or content changes. Such requests will not be entertained via customer support. Only technical issues related to the platform will be covered.
5. Technical Support Only
Every plan includes 1-year technical support, which means:
Support will be provided only for technical issues (e.g., site not loading, login errors, platform bugs)
Content/design changes requested repeatedly after setup are not covered under support.
6. Platform & Limitations
Linksiy websites are built using a builder-based SaaS platform. We use a licensed software system to deliver fast, efficient, and secure websites to our clients. The platform works similarly to other web builders, allowing admin-level access only — not code-level control.
All features provided in the plan are pre-defined. No extra features, add-ons, or custom functionalities will be added beyond what was communicated at the time of showing the plan or demo.
7. Software Licensing
The SaaS website builder software installed on Linksiy server is legally purchased, and we hold the valid purchase code and license for its use. This ensures that all websites we create are developed on a legitimate and secure platform.
